Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tuktukbasket.hr and any purchase made through it, operated by Reliable Agri j.d.o.o. (OIB: 50750295035), Augusta Harambašića 11, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell Indian and South Asian grocery items (spices, rice, flours, pulses, pickles, and related food products) for personal consumption. Product images are illustrative; actual packaging may vary.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment provider.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery areas, timelines, and costs. We currently ship within Croatia only.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

See our Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy. Please note that, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

6. Product Quality & Allergens

We take care to list ingredients and allergen information where available. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should check product packaging carefully before consumption.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Reliable Agri j.d.o.o. and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.

Consumers may also refer an unresolved dispute to an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The competent body for disputes involving TukTuk Basket is the Sud časti pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (Court of Honour at the Croatian Chamber of Economy), Rooseveltov trg 2, 10000 Zagreb, email sudcasti@hgk.hr, phone +385 1 4848 624. We are not legally obliged to participate in ADR proceedings, but we are willing to do so in good faith to resolve disputes with our customers.
