If you wish to file a written complaint about a product or service purchased from TukTuk Basket, you can submit it:
- In person, at our shop at Draškovićeva ul. 53, 10000 Zagreb;
- By post, to Reliable Agri j.d.o.o., Augusta Harambašića 11, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia;
- By email, to contact@tuktukbasket.hr.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint in writing, using the same method you used to submit it, and will respond in writing within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača).
