Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Croatia only.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped the following business day. Delivery within Croatia takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight/value and delivery location, and are always shown before you pay.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is not offered as standard, but it may be available:
- as part of a promotional offer — for the period and under the conditions stated in that offer;
- on orders above certain order-value and/or weight thresholds — where these apply, the current thresholds are shown in our store and applied automatically at checkout.
If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout. We may change or end free-shipping offers and thresholds at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available via our courier partner).
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@tuktukbasket.hr with your order number.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the package, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
