Reliable Agri j.d.o.o. ("TukTuk Basket", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit or shop on tuktukbasket.hr, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian data protection law.

What Data We Collect

Account & order data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order history.
Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider/Shopify Payments — we do not store full card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited (via cookies and analytics — see Cookie Policy).
Marketing data: email address and preferences, if you opt in to newsletters/marketing.

Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)

To fulfil and deliver your orders (contractual necessity).
To respond to customer service inquiries (contractual necessity / legitimate interest).
To comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws (legal obligation).
To send marketing communications, only with your consent (consent — you may withdraw at any time).
